General
We look forward to welcoming you to the Pensiunina guesthouse. There are a few rules that apply in our house, which we would like to introduce to you here. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.
Booking
Reservations can be made electronically via the Pensiunina.ch website, by email or in person. If the booking is successful or the room is confirmed, the price of the overnight stay can be charged to the credit card you provided. If the credit card details and customer details do not match or the amount cannot be charged to the credit card, the booking will expire immediately and the room will be released for other guests.
The Pensiunina guesthouse rejects any claims for damages that may be made as a result of this booking process.
Conclusion of contract
With the receipt of the electronic or personal booking and the delivery of our booking confirmation, a contract is concluded between you and the guesthouse. These general terms and conditions (GTC) are part of this contract. Communications by email are deemed to have been made in writing.
Check-in
Our guesthouse is ready for check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Personal details will be checked upon check-in.
Late check-in possible on request.
Check-out
We ask you to leave the room by 11:00 a.m. and hand in the key at reception. If you do not check out on time, a late fee of CHF 30 will be charged for every half hour or part thereof.

Reception opening times
Our reception opening times are
8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. / 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Cancellation
Cancellations and booking adjustments are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Adjustments and cancellations during this period can be made at any time by email (info@pensiunina.ch). Cancellations 13-2 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price for the entire stay. From 48 hours before arrival, the entire room price will be charged. This rule also applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Duty of care
The guest rooms must be used and treated with the utmost care. You are liable to Pension Pensiunina for all damage and loss or other damage caused by yourself or your fellow travelers. Damage must be reported immediately to the staff at Pension Pensiunina.
Pets
Bringing pets requires prior agreement with us.
Taxes
The tourist tax is included in the room price.
